We were actually surprised by our stay in this charming hotel. The ensuite bathroom in our room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the variety of TV channels available. The location of the hotel was excellent, with an easy stroll to a vibrant street filled with options for dining and shopping. The breakfast provided was good, satisfying our morning cravings. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again if we're in the area.

During our recent trip, my friends and I decided to stay in a hotel located in the heart of Richmond. The location was superb, as it was conveniently close to various restaurants, the breathtaking botanical gardens, and easily accessible trams to explore the city's attractions. The room we had was cozy and offered all the necessary amenities, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff provided excellent service, promptly attending to any requests we had. Furthermore, the breakfast options were satisfying, providing a good start to our day.

We were disappointed by the lack of internet access, which made it difficult for us to stay connected and plan our activities efficiently.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the convenient parking and transportation options. The location close to everything Richmond has to offer, including the shopping areas of Richmond or South Yarra nearby, was a major plus. The hotel situated in the centre of Richmond, in a lovely district of Richmond Hill, added to the overall charm. the breakfast was really good, offering everything we could want and more. The staff provided a very warm welcome and were accommodating, thoughtful, helpful, and friendly.

Nothing it is perfect.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near shops, restaurants, and tram. Free tea and coffee all day until 11pm. Great breakfast with a variety of options. Easy check-in and extended my stay without any issues.

We had a budget room with shared bathroom, but it was clean and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The location was perfect for attending the tennis tournament. Maria at the front desk was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
